Infusionsoft Venture Funding Raises $55 Million Series D led by Bain Capital Ventures
The latest round of Infusionsoft venture funding sees the close of $55 million in Series D growth financing, led by Bain Capital Ventures with contributions from prior investors, Signal Peak Ventures and Goldman Sachs. The details about this round of Infusionsoft venture funding are included in this press release. This round of funding adds to the warchest Infusionsoft has raised since 2007, bringing its total capital raised to more than $125 million.
What does this mean for Infusionsoft users in Asia and Singapore?
Since using Infusionsoft Marketing Automation, I’ve seen their features being constantly improved for the benefit of small business owners. We can assume that the progress of improving the software will not cease, and users can expect to have better features.
Secondly, through my chit chat with Andy Simmons, Managing Director, International, Asia is becoming a focal point for expansion. Australia already enjoys a strong following with more than 2,000 users. With better financial support, my guess is that marketing efforts in Asia will increase along with better support in terms of: user workshops, Asia-time support, and even the long awaited Asia currencies for the e-Commerce module.
We’re looking forward to more news in the upcoming months for Asia.
